I really want a boyfriend but im sooo boy shy i never know what to say, and they kind of intimidate me.
I'm jealous of all my friends cause they all have like long term relationships and i've never even hooked up with a boy before!!! It really annoys me.
Also, how come its always boys chasing after girls, but the only person who's ever liked me was my best friend.

well...
i liked this guy for almost all of '05-'06 school year and in may, i found out he'd liked me since march of '05 (more than a year)
so that gave me enough courage to text him at my friends party (there wasn't anywhere i could talk to him privatly) but he said "not till later"
there was a rumor that he didn't want to go out with me because he wanted to go to "second base" when i hadn't even gotten to first
today he started flirting with me, so i don't know if he likes me and i don't know if i like him anymore

sometimes just making yourself available is all that needs to be done. its kinda hard when you're shy, but i bet you can do it if you thought about it enough and tried to be a little more outgoing.

If you don't want a boyfriend, then you don't need it... you want one when you think you feel in love... your heart goes extra fast when you're near them... faster than in test... something starts happening in your stomach.. you look at them 20 times in less than a minute... you just feel you wanna be with him :)
If you feel all that (and more) you, most likely are in love ;)... ask him out, and give it a try, and you'll be happy... if you don't anyone, you should be happe as how you are.. if there isn't love, there isn't happyness

Yea, like miguel said. If you think about him and you get butterflies in your stomach, and you see him and ur heart races and you feel extremely nervous, then thats love. I suggest just wait, wait for the right guy.

Just be flirty with some of the guys, go out with some of your 'girl mates' and invite some guys, wear something quite nice, and theres a chance that one of the guys will notice you and make a move, it wont happen first time so keep trying, it will eventually happen :)
