Well I know it sounds weird but I was wondering when most people socially mature meaning when did you start feeling comfortable around and hanging out with the opposite sex because I'm 15 and although I'm comfortable around girls I have some trouble hanging out with them even with my friends I'm not really sure what to talk about with them btw im not sure if this is in the right section but any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

It's normal to be nervous, but I don't think it's really down to puberty - many grown men are nervous around women. It's just something you have to overcome yourself.

I'm 16 and i'm still pretty nervous... i think it really just depends on the girl. You shouldn't worry about it though, honestly just act as normal as possible and don't look like you're trying to hard. Just hang out with them more and more, and i know this sounds stupid but, practice hanging out with girls a lot and the nerves won't get to you.
