Well I think that we still do have them for example this site could be classified as a public sphere but it is open to any one and everyone from around the world where old topics could be discussedcontinuousely although the biggest difference is that it isn't done face to face which kind of takes from the whole social aspect but is virtually the same

Not really even close to the same things; it's quite a stretch to characterize the vast majority of PACs as reflective of the public sphere as opposed to attempting to influence it on behalf of smaller private groups.

What do you mean by "Using P.S. Again".
People can gather anywhere and disuss anything.
If you mean coffehouses, there are plenty here.
