"Ask me" Threads

There are many "Ask me" threads in member diaries.

Can we open a "Ask me" thread without having ( or creating it in ) a diary? Say, in TWPR for example

It's not really needed when.. well.. diaries are meant for that kinda thing, so making something for it especially is pretty pointless in my opinion :P

Id say no for TWPR
since all Ask Me threads end up as spam and thats just a hassle for GD visitors trying to sift through ask me spam to find proper threads

I'd prefer to keep them strictly in the diaries but if you must then put it in the arcade.
