I only started doing it recently but I've been j/o a hell of a lot and my dick is really sore and the foreskin has split a little bit.
Is this anything to worry about and how can I help it heal quicker so I can carry on?

lol idiot :P Don't wank too much else that will obviously happen, and you must have been doing it pretty hard for that to happen.
It's never happened to me but I just reccomend some germoline or sudocreme or w/e and complete abstinence

I dont think its anything to worry about at the moment, but, id give it time to heal. Get involved with something to take youre mind off doing it for a while.

And after its healed try useing lube, you can buy it at most drug stores, or something like baby oil would work.

I think the best thing to do is just not J/O for a week or so to let it heal naturally

Take a break for a few days then be more gentle with yourself in future or maybe try using lube.
