What's your school's holiday schedule? Do you have a short summer holiday but frequent holidays throughout the year? A long holiday at the end of each grading period? A long summer break and short, infrequent holidays throughout the year?

My college's winter break is from the 20th all the way to Late Jan/Early Feb. However, im taking a winter class so my break is only 2 weeks. :(

Edit: Ohhh you're talking about summer... yeah our summer break is about the normal 2 1/2 - 3 months and we barely have any holidays during the year.

I'm getting 3 months and 20 days off this coming summer, and a month and a day for Christmas. :P

last day of school before winter break is December 24th. not sure when we're back but winter break is a couple weeks


last day of school before Thanksgiving break was the day before Thanksgiving. No school Thursday, Friday, and Monday


we have several inservice days where Monday we don't have school


school ends second week of June I believe and we return last week of August

I've got December 17th through the 31st for winter break, summer is May 25th-August 9th, and Thanksgiving break is a week. I don't celebrate Thanksgiving.

Half Term: 15th October - 1st November 2010.
Winter Holiday: 17th December 2010 - 10th January 2011.
Half Term: 18th February 2011 - 28th February 2011.
Easter Holiday: 15th April 2011 - 3rd May 2011.
Half Term: 27th May 2011 - 6th June 2011.
End of Term: 8th July 2011.

School Start: Monday 5th September.

Winter break for us is December 16th through January 2nd. Summer is May 25th through either the 15th or 22nd of August.
