Anybody know how to make an online quiz/website

Hey does anyone here know how to make an online quiz/website.

I want to make a political quiz. Does anybody know what programs you need or how to do it?

Microsoft Frontpage would do it i suppose.

It might, but getting online is always a bich, or for me anyways. (I'm assuming you actually do want to get it online lol)

You could use something like frontpage, or you could do it in html and then the quiz part in javascript, but frontpage might be easier

Notepad? You don't need any specific program - just a plain text editor - as long as you know basic (X)HTML.
