I'm 14 years old (turning 15 in April) and I'm really worried about my penis size . I'm only about 2.5 inches flaccid and 4.5 hard. What's going on? In my opinion I think I'm pretty much done with puberty. I'm already 5'8 and I've been 5'8 since like 6th grade and my voice changed a long time ago too. I've been growing hair on my armpits and "down there" since 6th grade summer. The only thing I just started growing arm and leg hair. My penis hasn't grown since a while ago like it just stopped growing or something? My dad has a pretty big one I don't know why I dont? My family is 100% Asian could this be why? :( I also don't last long while masturbating maybe 3 minutes at most...

You (most likely) will keep growing. I am smaller, but hey, I just hit puberty.

Im 14 and I am like less then 4 hard. Not a big deal. tons of time to start growing. plus genetics help it. and you said dad was normal so you should be good. i know my bro is like 6'' so i dont worry about it.

Your race does not have any correlation with penis size but I heard that pEnis size usually increases it's most during age 16

Do not worry about it at all. I am 15 and I am only about 5-5.5 hard, and sure most of my friends are bigger then me, but I live with what I got and I also know that I will most likely continue to grow. Also just because you aren't big "down there" doesn't mean you aren't great in other ways. Me for example am below average "down there," but am smarter than my friends, and also more athletic. So do not let your size work you up, I am sure you have other attributes that you are great in. :D

Same thing as me.
I really don't worry about my size. I'm perfectly fine with my size, but if it grows the good for me :p

I agree with almost everything he just said except the part about 5 - 5.5 inches being "below average". That size is very average for an adult and probably above average for a 14/15 yr old. It's dangerous to compare your penis size to what you hear people saying on these forums. That's all I'm going today about that.

Don't worry. I'm 14 and I'm the same. You will get bigger as you get older. I't completely normal and nothing to be ashamed of.

Just to back up what everyone has said 4.5" is very much a normal size for your age and its extremely unlikely that you will be finished with puberty for a few years yet. Sure its annoying if some of your friends have more, but that's life.

I was worried when I was your age too, but I saw it through and I have grown in the last 2 years (im 16) . Don't fret over it anyway, after all, it ain't the size of the boat, but the motion of the ocean.
