ok so since i go to a private school, i wear a uniform that involves a skirt. A few times i've caught guys looking up my skirt but instead of getting angry at them i actually got turned on a bit. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

It's never happened to me.
However, I'd imagine that the thought of getting sexual attention this way would make a person aroused if they didn't object to it. If they did object then they'd wear a longer skirt.
