Don't take this the wrong, but no one will believe that because your penis just couldn't have had time to grow that much. Say you started puberty at 10/11 which is pretty early, you will have had 2 or 3 years to grow. Usually penis growth comes in later in puberty and so I just don't think it's believable.

Also having such a long penis isn't a good thing according to women :P They prefer girth and having a long one can just be uncomfortable supposedly. Just make sure you're measuring right, I'm not saying you are lying I just find it really really unlikely as 8.4in is extremely rare even for adults.
