Getting back together

My question is me and my gf broke up cuz things between us weren't well. My friend said she was talking to her and idk but my friend than asked me if I would consider getting back together with my ex. Idk how to find out if it's true or not. But I would really like if it was true or any advice on how to get back together?

You really just have to talk to her. If you're going to have a serious relationship with her you need to be able to talk to her even if it's a touchy subject.

What I would do is just ask her if she actually said she wanted to get back together with you. If you slipped it in to your regular conversation it would look like it's no more important than small talk. If you want to restart the relationship you definitely don't want it to look like you don't care about it.

It's not an easy thing to do, but before you go jumping, make sure she actually WANTS you back. Talking it out in person, its much easier. At the VERY least, over the phone. But in person is your best bet.
