Theres always a light at the end of the tunnel, you just have to get there. Depression is a long process and its tough to beat but you'll get there. Have you been receiving any help for your depression?

I used to think the same, that there was no hope for me to get over depression. I've been taking tablets for it for a while now and they've been switched a few times because some just weren't right for me. But nowadays i'm finding it so much easier to cope with things. I've only got one more session with my counsellor and i'm being discharged from her completely. You will get there eventually, i promise you that. You've just got to find something that works for you, not go by what everyone else thinks is best for you. You know what helped me? A daily chore. For example when my depression started i asked my parents for a pet of my own that i could look after by myself. Every day I'd get up and I'd feed the kitten i was given, I'd play with her and it wasn't an overnight change but having that animal depending on me gave me something to keep me going, just day by day for as long as it took.

Yup, CAMHS. I'm not sure if you're familiar with them or not, they're a british Mental Health place for Children/Teenagers.

Oh I know them very well , they're who I see. I hate them as they sectioned me 3 times. Im all for getting rid of them but as you probably know they're persistent

Yeah very, I've been sectioned before, but not by them specifically though to be honest they didn't really help matters. The counsellor i see though is really helpful with helping me to voice my thoughts a bit easier though she can really make my blood boil at times :P

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone , you can probably guess what happened when I was in the institution and I refused meds (ouch). I am devoted to getting CAMHS out my life they only ruin things.
