Ok, so I have dated this girl, we broke up. I am still really attached to her and my friend knows that! However today my best friend, without even talking to me, asked her to our dance (tonight) Im livid. What should I do? I still love this girl.

Believe me, I know how difficult that is. But if she has ditched you she is free to date whoever she wants. Your best friend probably feels bad about it, but if it can work for them it would be wrong for you to stand in their way.

Dude, I face a similar situation every day but not exactly the same.

My best friend is always all over the girl I currently like, and even though I know she hates it, it pisses me off.

But yeah, you need to just move on. If she already accepted a date, she clearly has. Or is at least making herself believe she has.

As said earlier, move on. She's no longer in a commitment to date you, she's out in the open. If your best friend decided to make a move, then you shouldn't worry about it. Unless he's bragging about it, you should just ignore it.

You really need to just move on, she dosent have feelings for you anymore. So its best if you try to get over the feelings you have for her.

Better it being your best mate rather than an enemy, just force a smile and be happy for them and there's plenty more girls out there. Leave the past in the past to find the future.
