Hi-Ho! Used to post here a lot, but stopped once i stopped needing much help for my teenage life.

Anyways, I (should) be getting a girlfriend next week, so I'm thinking as a preemptive measure I'd like to start shaving my forested area. First place I thought of was VT to ask for advice.

I've heard from 2 friends now to use a sideburn trimmer, which they said you can buy at CVS. Any opinions, and do they sell it at CVS/Walgreens?

And, I'd also like to ask how to know where/how much to shave? I'm really a newbie to this stuff.

i'm not sure if there is a side burn trimer because i never go to wal-greens due to their high prices but.
this is what i would do, get some scissors cut off 4/5 of the hair then use a razor to finish it off.

Well I don't want all of it gone, I jsut don't want it to be a complete mess.

Personally, I use a comb to straighten and lift the hair, then I uniformly trim it with scissors. However, my pubic hair is contained to just that one area and stops there. If you happen to be one of the people where it kinda spreads onto your legs and stuff, then maybe an electric trimmer would help.

well I'm not just looking to make the hair shorter, but also to make it so it doesn't cover as much surface area. I'm pretty hairy, unfortunately.
