Maybe a board to apply for future positions and when there is a job opening they can be contacted

We already have a place for that here (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=34). Whenever an opening becomes available a thread will be made in this forum by an admin or gmod and applications will be taken in for said position.

lol i mean were they can leave a "CV" type thing.. and others can comment on how they feel if that person was to become a mod, we do that with a online game that I help out with.

Users do not make choices or effect judgement about future staff candidates here, and I think it's probably best that way on an online forum. The system here is actually really good as it is.

That's a nice idea, but here it is a little unnesecary. The stystem works great, and because of the sizes of the forum there is no need in this system. I have to say it's interesting though :)
