ive had a spot dow on my shaft for 2 yrs isn now and it will not go away. should i see a doctor and also it cant be an sti so it rules out genital warts

It could be many things, we can't exactly diagnose you with the description you've given. It could be completely harmless, or it might not - it's worth seeing a doctor.

Just got to the doctor. Even if it's harmless he'll give you something like 'duac' to make it go away. In the same way, spots on your face aren't dangerous: just ugly.

You might just have a spot.

I've seen porn where the guy had a mole on his, and I've seen birthmarks or slight discolorations of skin. Also, if it's under the skin and seems to have white stuff/off-white stuff in it, it may just be a Fordyce's spot - those are natural spots that appear at the base of the penis. They're supposed to be there.

However with your description we can't really help you with what it could be. What color is it? Is it painful? How big is it? Does it appear to poke out of the skin or is it deeper?

If it's not painful, it hasn't gotten bigger, and it's not red, it doesn't sound serious. You could go to the doctor and ask him about it on a check up if you want.
