So basically I have a big problem. The underside of my dick and my balls are itchy all the the time. It never stops. Ever. Its starting to get really embarassing I've never had sex so its not an std. Some kind of fungus maybe? And im constantly re arranging my boxers.

Have you switched clothing detergents?? If so you might have had an allergic reaction to the detergent. If not, it might be caused by a body wash or dryness. I would suggest using baby powder and/or moisturizer. Don't over do it with the moisturizer. Then you will have too much moisture.

I have the same problem, I think it's mainly because my mom is always switching laundry detergent soaps. xP

See a doctor, this could be a huge variety of things.

Shower, and wash this place really well. If it doesn't help, try to find some moisturizing lotions to put there\some soothing gels like vaseline. If it doesn't help, the only thing that's left is a doctor. Don't let it get worse.

Make sure you wash that area with warm water every day. If you shave your pubes, don't shave the hair on your balls until it stops and try applying a cream morning and night. Sudocream and germoline work really well for an itch. (These are english creams, anything that is an antiseptic cream should be about the same). If it hasn't stopped within a few day, see a doctor.

Most importantly: Don't panic and try not to think about it! Most problems seem worse if you stress about them.
