Kool, I was always scared that it wasn't supposed to. And when your head is dry, does it hurt when rubbing? It does to me.

Sure, that's completely normal and varies from person to person. When I'm erect, my foreskin still covers part of the head, but I can pull it back. However, I have a slightly longer than normal foreskin.
