Hi codma, often earlier on in puberty the muscles that actually shoot the semen during ejaculation are not powerful enough to "shoot" the semen out, so often it is a case of waiting. However there are some specific techniques to shooting that you could try:

- Masturbate less often - build up the semen.
- Lead up to the orgasm more.

Those ideas from Jon may help, but some guys tend to shoot whilst others tend to dribble. It makes no difference in the end, both ways are normal and it doesnt affect your fertility at all.

I would suggest edging--meaning get close to cumming and then back off. Try to do it 5 or more times before you let yrself cum. That should make the cumsplosion (sorry couldnt help myself) as forceful as possible.
