Punched my wall.

Soo, I punched my wall (with my left hand) to try and see if I could make it as strong as my arm....Well, the nurse (and my sister) saw it. When they asked what happened, I told them I didnt know how it got there. Of course, they called bull shit. But I stuck to the 'I dont know' story.


Should I be worried to tell them the truth? Does this count as self harm?

Technically it does count as self harm although most people don't realise this so your school nurse and parents might not associate it with self harm.

I think it does count as self harm, as your still hurting yourself by doing it
But like Kathy said, a school nuse wouldn't assiciate that with SH, and its up to you if you want to tell them the truth or, personaly I'd stick with the dont know story, but its completley up to you

It sorta sounds like SH but most people associate SH with blades etc. I think if you don't want them to find out for whatever reason you would be able to but I'd reccomend being honest to your parents at least.

my walls some parts of it r soft. i got mad punched the wall. never new it was soft on the wall i punched on. so it busted a hole in it. my mom got a calender to hang up to cover it up. because my grandpa owns the house if he finds out he will get pissed off. i dont care if he does. im not perfect and people get mad. i feel bad for doing it. but i cant be perfect.
