To be honest, I'm not really sure why I joined. I have a good support network via my close friends and almost-family (foster and otherwise) and, all jokes aside, I really don't think I've had half the shit most people have.
I self harm.
In fact, today I realised exactly why I do it.
I guess I just wanted to talk to other people who live what I live, feel what I feel.
And, if I say a single word that helps the sun shine through someone else's black clouds, then at least I've done something good. Something right.
