Black Ops Shotguns

What do you think about them?
Personally, I think it is a great thing thy made them primaries. It was godly when a guy took out people from afar with a sniper and then ran into a room and got 5 killstreak with his shotgun.

The shotguns are not overpowered, Olympia for example has the longest range but to counter that they gave it more than 5 seconds reoad time.
Stakeout, in my opinion is the best shotgun. Not to mention I have sympathy for pump-action shotguns ( excluding the heavenly AA12 from infamous MW2)
SPAS? Well I just can't get kills with it.
And HS-10? Well although shotguns have same mobility, it feels that HS-10 is super heavy, plus it has a very slow Rate of Fire.

I hate that they can't be secondaries now. The pistols are shit. I loved my SPAS-12 with a grip; that thing was insane.

The shotguns in Black Ops are good though, and the Olympia is my favorite.

I just dont like the cut range. A mw2 spas 12 would be a good primary weapon, but in black ops, they cut the range. I just dont use them anymore

I never used shotguns until the overpowered Spas - 12 secondary in MW2 since I could take out virtually anyone in the blast radious without using sights etc. I stick to assault rifles in Black ops and the AK-74u that now sounds like one of those cap guns you got as a kid.

AK74u is the best GUN in the game, no doubt.
It is my favourite weapon, good damage, good rate of fire, good accuracy. I use it except sniper maps and few other maps...

But it is bad that everybuddy uses the '74 though :)

I hate that it feels like a piece of crap that you buy out of the £1 shop down the street, back in COD4 it was a complete monster and munched through soldiers like they where origami figures.
