Nevermore

I'm very angry at myself. I've gained weight. I'm so fat. As soon as today is over I'm going on a soup, veggie, fruit, and coffee, water diet. I need to lose weight again. Try holding onto that body! I'd like to see you turn that into fat. Once I get home from grandparents house I'm going to start running and exercising again.

As of right now, no clue. I weighed last week 103 lbs. Last night I weighed in 109 with clothes on. (sweat shirt, sweat pants, long sleeve t-shirt, socks, 5 rings, and 2 necklaces) Which does account for my weight. :(

Samm, I know exactly how you feel. I feel exactly the same at the moment because i've put on weight too. I know it's hard to get the thought out of your head that it's too much, but it isn't. How tall are you?

I can't eat that even if I wanted to. I eat less than 700 calories a day. Mostly fruits and veggies now, and some coffee. If I decide to eat meat like last night I feel sick. I've apparently destroyed my stomach due to not eating for over 24 hours in the past, and have to take Zantac I think that's what I take, to reduce stomach acid, because I have bad stomach ulcers, so when I do eat, my stomach is like I hate you!! It hurts like hell. If I start to lose hair again, that's going to piss me off so much. :( I've already start to lose my hair. There will be tons of hair on the flow when I wash it, or brush it. I mean I still have a full head of hair currently. What I mean by that is , it's not noticealbe I'm losing it yet. Which is good for me. :) Two years ago when I stopped eating completely, my mother and aunt noticed my hair was extremely thin and it was bad. >_< They made fun of it, thanks guys for that. Real confidence booster there. XD Well that's enough of me ranting.
Oh!! Wait question! Is there any specific vitamin or fruit or vegetable that is good for hair? I mean vegetarians have hair, there must be something out there to prevent potential hair loss for the future. Please help!!!

Vegetarians have hair because they get their nutrients, hun. They're actually usually even more careful about getting what their body needs than most. It's nothing about what they eat that's different though, but that they eat at all. Hair loss is a symptom of malnutrition.

When you weigh with normal clothes on, subtract five pounds. That's how it's done. With a sweater I would take off six or seven so you actually haven't gained.
If you're going to weigh yourself, weigh at the same time everyday wearing the same thing (so it's prefferable to weigh naked) and that's how you know whether or not you're gaining weight.
But giiirrl, you're so skinny as it is! 103lbs-108lbs, that's tiny! Why are you worried about it? I understand trying to maintain and prevent gaining, but don't try to lose any more weight. You're at a low weight already!
