Profile pictures and avatars question.

Is it okay to have profile pictures and avatars that are basically references to recreational drugs, fetishism(not exposed) and self harm(like a knife cutter picture with a blood dripping from the blade)?

Content that encourages illegal activities, such as warez and illegal drug use, including any links to such illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Any promotion toward drug usage, self harm, or suicide will absolutely not be tolerated.
