Well it depends on how you see yourself. Do you see yourself wearing a stylish button down and some rippled jeans? Or do you see yourself in a logo T-Shirt and pants. It all depends on the department on which you think yourself. Unless you want opinions on how to dress ^_^

Stop thinking about it so much. If you see an article of clothing you like, wear it. Do not think at all about what people will think or how (un?)trendy your fashion sense might be.
