I get this alot! Usually when i haven't eaten enough, or when i haven't taken my medication. i have meds for low blood pressure, maybe you could have this? Low blood pressure is what causes you to feel dizzy when you stand up but most people's bodies respond to it pretty quickly and sort it out. if you have general low blood pressure you feel like this all the time pretty much. Try keeping yourself well hydrated.

make sure you're eating, drinking (water), sleeping and exercising regularly.
a lack of any of these things can cause dizzyness :]

Well do you drink enough? Not being hydrated will effect your blood pressure as I said in a previous post. It could also just be a virus that is causing you to go a bit dizzy and that will go in a few days or weeks.

This could also indicate an issue with your inner-ear which is where your balance is controlled, which can be something as simple as and ear infection. Also you said it happened right after you showered, it can also be caused by a build up of wax or water.

Happens to me sometimes to, I don't think it's as bad as you are experiencing.
It usually gets black for a second or so and then I'm fine I usually stop moving though to make sure I don't crash...
