School abuse...

So I am having problems with a school bully that is hard to get off my back. He is psychically abusing me like all the time in school. I have told the school counselor about him but that didn't help. I tryed not to pay attention to him and that didn't help. Last year I had a breakdown and got in a fight with him ( he didn't try to hit me back, he just stood there and called me names ). The fight wasn't that good for him ( his head was bloody ). He stopped psychically abusing me for a year. Now he has started again. Today I warned him to stop but he didn't and I had a breakdown and got in a fight with him. Again, he just called me names and didn't try to defend himself lol. I have a feeling that he isn't going to stop. I don't know how to stop him... he just doesn't want to stop.

Try telling more adults who are more authority - like a teacher who you like and can become involved. Fighting back won't help this situation. You fought him before, he's come back now. You're likely to get into trouble for fighting with him, so try not to. Also, tell more people sooner rather than later, because the longer you leave it the worse it will become.

Walk up to him and do it again, you can not stand for that kind of thing. Hopefully he's not liked by the teachers. I did that last week and got a 3 day suspension, for walking up to a kid in front of the teacher and whole class and slugging him twice, he's hated so they gave me 7 days off the normal time.

It is obvious that fighting him (and winning) doesn't seem to effect him, I would talk to some more adults, if the councillor doesn't seem to care, tell the teachers, even the administrators. It is their job to keep kids safe within their school, and this bully seems to be doing the exact opposite.

That won't work. I tried this a lot of times.
Sooner or later they come back to haunt you. Seeking help from adults also doesn't help. Nothing helps. I guess i'm stuck with him till the end of 12 grade.

Insist that your parents send you to another school, you can't go on taking his crap like that... Or if a fight happens again, right cross him in the jaw and knock his ass cold, I mean sometimes that seems like the best thing to do, ya know?

Ight little bro, i've gone through this before.. You gotta punk his ass out again. Sadly for fights we get 5 days minimum bootcamp but i don't think u get that. PUNK HIS ASS OUT. Jus ask him to scrap and if he doesn't want to make fun of HIS ass.
