wisdom teeth

so my wisdom teeth have been comingi n for about6 months and they hurt really bad when i eat something like a candy bar then they hurt for 10 minutes and it goes away but even though its only 10 minutes i try not to eat anything that hurts. how long will they hurt?

They'll hurt until the teeth are finished coming through, or stop for the time being. Best thing to do is whenever the pains start suck on some ice, it helps numb your gums. Orajel helps wonders too, it numbs the whole area like a local anesthetic. There are various things to avoid, extremely cold things (minus the ice), Extremely hot things and sugary things. The area will be sensitive until the teeth are fully through so i guess the only thing you can do for the moment is sit tight. If you feel you can't hold on much longer try to get to a dentist, they'll be able to give you a better idea of things you can do or a time span.

If you're fourteen, I doubt it's wisdom teeth. Probably your molars.

I'm 15 and I just started getting one of my wisdom teeth and Mine hurt for a few weeks but once they come through a certain amount they don't seem to hurt so much :)
