I, would personally say you're curious. You haven't really said anything about being with a guy only that you're interested in the sexual side of things and because of that I wouldn't say you're bisexual or gay.

You're either Bi or Straight but curious. Just because you want to see what it's like to have sex with another person doesn't mean you're gay, it just means that you're curious. I consider myself gay because I can imagine myself with a guy, but I can't with a girl. Only you can tell yourself if you're gay. I would more than likely say you're just curious, like Siobhan said. But that might be obstructed by personal views.

Personally, I don't see a person as gay or even bisexual if they're only sexually attracted to both sexes. In my opinion, a gay male is someone who sees themselves as physically capable of being with another guy through physical, mental, sexual, and emotional ways. Same deal with lesbian women or bisexual men/women. Therefore I would say you're curious, but only you really know after all.
