This can be the start of serious self harm. If I couldn't get my hands on my razors then I would pinch myself or hit myself in the leg really hard.

I would recommend you talk about this with a close friend you know. At first it can start out as a few bite marks, then maybe several bruises. You may decide to try burning yourself. Then if you feel daring enough you might take apart a razor head just to get the blades out. Before you know it's tool ate you'll have hundreds of cuts on your body.

That's how it was for me. I never bit myself but I used anything else I could think of.

It doesn't make you crazy or anything but self harm is a serious trend among teenagers and adults alike.

Just know that if you need to talk then were all here for ya:D

As Lee said, this can be the start of something much more serious. I started by scratching and when I really want to self harm i find myself biting myself. You should really try and stop now before it's too late, because it might seem like nothing now but in a few months your self harm could be everything to you. And I mean everything.
I suggest you read the first part of this:

Theres nothing wrong with the idea of biting, thats your outlet, for others its cutting, burning, hitting, whatever it may be. However as has been said you should try and stop this before it gets too late, dont end up like others. And dont worry bud, your not deranged, just troubled, if ya need to talk you know where you can catch me.

Thats GOOD cutting is an endless downward spiral, so glad you are not cutting, but biteing isn't really any good either, you should try and find an alternative coping method, try biting a stress ball, or a leather belt or something like that, just dont hurt yourself, please.

I started biting myself probably around age 3. I used to bite myself and dig my nails into my skin when I'd get yelled at because I was so anxious. It got worse through the years. I suggest talking to someone about it. If not cutting you might find other ways to self harm that can be dangerous. You can VM me if you want. You're not alone. (huggs) My suggestion is to find the reason behind the biting. Then go from there. I hope this helps!
