and you can simply put in your age by going to the left hand corner of your profile to user cp and scroll down to edit details and change it there

Your age is based upon the date of birth you entered during registration, you cant change it. If its wrong you need to pm and admin and request them to correct it. In UserCP you can decide whether your age is shown to other people but you cant change it.
