I think it is quite possible. In fact, the people I now consider my best friends, they are all online.

Nice. Have you ever talked about meeting or maybe talking on the phone or through voice chat? I mean, you can't be best friends with someone and never hear them, see them. Let alone meet them in person, right?

Sure you can in fact i got two that i do now and will always consider are my best friends and they say the same with me. One i plan to meet to just hang out. So ya you can.

yes I've talked with some of them over voice chat. It's really cool, plus it is better than meeting right away :)

Very legit. As is, I'm planning on meeting a friend online I met(Through school) last year about this time, and she's as hyped up as I am. :) Talking on the phone/Voice chat I've done with quite a few of my friends online, and quite a few of them I plan on meeting in the next few years. :)

It is indeed possible, i've met many people through here that i would consider friends and i have a few best friends online, i even met my boyfriend through here :D. I don't think that there's any restrictions on how you can meet friends tbh, you can find and become a friend from anywhere.

I have met many people I consider real friend through different message boards, chat rooms and by playing WoW.

Nearly all of them I have on my msn and skype. We often video call or voice chat etc. And a couple I have called personally and chatted.

One of my closest mates I mate through WoW and he recently moved from WA to QLD and now him and I are near inseparable.

So yeah, you can make real friends and even best friends online

OF course you can, my best friend lives in a completely different timezone, but we still FB and MSN to each other.. Every now and then we'll have a vidchat, but that's not so often anymore..

It's definitely possible. I have life-long friends from literally across the world. UK, UAE, South America.. doesn't matter. (Those aren't from here)
Then, of course, I have good friends from here, mostly from the US and the UK, and they're awesome as well!
