Can someone please help! idk what i have but under the head of my penis.. i have these little little dots. idk if its herpes or something? i have had them for a while now.. and i uncircumsized so idk if that helps.. they are slowly moving ot the head of my penis i saw like 2.. someone please help tell me there opinion

If its the same thing I have then its alright. I have little bumps on my shaft. I did some reading and read its caused by sweating and they're the same color as my skin.

They're harmless but if they cause problems, consult a doctor.

To me they sound like Pearly Penile Papules, which are quite normal. Not ever guy has them, but a large number do. Unfortunately, if they do worry you there's nothing really you can do about it, but they are harmless so you shouldn't be.
I think what Punk_Kid is referring to are Sebaceous Glands, which are tiny glands that secrete oils to keep the skin healthy. They often become visible on the shaft of the penis, the testicles and around girl's labia. These aren't anything to worry about either, though occasionally they may become blocked and form a Sebaceous Cyst, which are harmless but not always visually attractive and can be excised by a dermatologist if need be.

I have these they are nothing to worry about it is completely normal most guys have them.
