There is no time limit on when you can receive oral sex, its not like painting by numbers. Sorry to say this but there is no mention of love in your post, it gives the impression that its all about you and your desire to be able to tick off certain achievements. Surely if its just been a week you can go watch a film, go for a starbucks, sneak a kiss. Not be in such a hurry to get your hand in her pants.

It's not like I'm an expert on girls or anything (fuck, I'm the opposite), but isn't going to a movie or just hanging out enough? I mean, relationships aren't all about sex, and if you're really that desperate maybe you should take a second and think about whether you truly like her beyond your sexual fantasies.
