While I think that's a clever thing to do, I wouldn't do that because your boyfriend might not like you talking about his dick because that's private.

The difference is that most girls boobs are noticable, unless they don't have any in which case there is nothing to brag about. However, most guys I know don't walk around with their dick on display and don't discuss their size, so people might be a bit disturbed if you start bragging about it.
