Its normal to get a boner in those circumstances, you should worry if you didnt get one. Your gf should expect that to happen and not think its something bad. For all you know she might get aroused too, you just can see or feel it on the outside with girls.

I think it's quite normal and should be expected to get erect in this situation. I know I do. If it really worries you you could try and distract yourself but it's unlikely to work, and it kind of backfires in that you don't get to enjoy making out either. It shouldn't be too hard to hide depending on what position you're in, but if she does notice just tell her it's out of your control, and doesn't actually mean you want to do anything more. She should be fine with that.

Last time I got a boner while making out with my GF (now ex) I ended up getting a hand job. So it's all good! If you guys trust each other, or have been going out for a while, don't worry about it, she won't care. And if she does, she would probably tell you :p which would kill the boner in the first place.
