Breaking trust.

So after my sister in law pushed me to the point i had a emotional break down just so she could get information, I thought what we talked about was between US. Then I get a email from her friend telling me that she wants me to talk to her sister about my problems! Wtf is this. I trusted her to keep what was disgussed between us, but apparently my business is EVERYONES business. And now my oldest sister isnt returning my phone calls or emails. I feel hated and used. Not to mention hurt. Idunno what to do.

I'm not going to say that there's any right way to handle this, but the best way in my opinion is to just let them go. The next time they want something from you, remind them of this. It's probably not the best way, but it'll teach them. Or, just forget about them completely. It doesn't change what they did to you, but it does let you move on... Kind of.
