When using a urinal, do you put you penis through the hole of your underwear, and through the hole of your pants (without unbuttoning them) and go? I did yesterday, bug I got hard and couldn't go! Also, if you do it like I did, how do you get your boxers back so nothing pokes through?

I believe the social convention is to pull the penis out through the fly of the underwear and the pants. If you do get erections from this, the best thing you can do is try to acclimatize yourself to it. One technique a friend of mine suggested is trying at home to take it out through the flies, and if you get an erection, immediately masturbate. That way you will become desensitized to the action. I strongly urge you pull your penis out through your flies and not overtop your underwear, as any anomaly in penis- or bathroom-related etiquette can be extremely embarrassing when in the presence of other young men.
