Yes. I cant believe it. The 1st time in months, 2 tiny tiny cuts on my knee. Fuck this.
It was a huge mistake, and I cried...but, what am I supposed to do? Two depressive states in a period of less than five hours. I dont know what to do... :(
Somebody please, please save me. I dont want to continue again....

Slip ups are bound to happen. Failing isn't slipping up, it's not picking your self back up after slipping up. If you want to talk you can always contact me.

You know, best thing to do, write down what you feel and talk to someone about it. I know that whenever i feel like slipping up, or when i have slipped up, talking to the people that love and care about me always helps. It's helps because they can help be a support system, and something that will help you remain strong. You have to remain strong and keep fighting, you aren't losing the battle if you fight and fight, just don't give up, believe in yourself! I am here if you ever need someone to talk to, i really don't mind at all :)

We have all slipped up somewhere along the line, we all make mistakes.
Two months is really good going, you should be proud of yourself for that.
Just get everything back under control, you haven't messed it up, its just set back.
Feel free to talk to any of us on here, we're more than happy to help you
And most importantly dont give up, you'll get there in the end, no matter how long it takes
