Unbearable lightness

Just wanted to promote this book, called Unbearable lightness by Portia DiRossi. Its about struggling with eating disorders and goes on to talk about self esteem problems, self loathing, and ultimately how she got through all this and is now perfectly happy and healthy. I've never had eating problems, but I have had self esteem problems at one point or another, and I just wanna recommend this book to anyone struggling, maybe it'll help u out.

I heard about the book when I was watching Ellen one time. I'm looking in to buying it sometime :)
