I know this sounds so generic, but its not a way out. Once you stop and realize it, even though you can't see it there is SO MUCH to live for, you CAN get through this! what everyone said... I just wanted to add my signature to the "don't do it" request. Really, there is always something to live for, no matter how small it is. Try to get through it by maybe getting your mind on other things. Listen to music, watch movies, read books, etc etc. Go out, scream, do whatever u think helps, but DON'T end your life, bcause it DOES NOT help. Stay strong.

I know how you feel when you sai you dont have control anymore. I lose control of my temper and actions too often. Take control back, its what you have to do (in my experience). You seem like a really nice guy, you have helped a lot of people. You are highly thought of, it would be nice to have a chance to get to know you

Matthew, calm down. Just stop for a second to think about what your saying. Don't think about "him" or anything bad in your life. Just sit and think about all the GOOD things in your life. All the reasons to stay. Let the good things fill your mind. I know it might feel like it's a hard thing to do but just try it. Sit totally relaxed and think. use music or whatever helps you to relax. Please don't do this, I would miss seeing you around the forums as would so many other people on here.
