well the first one was walking through town
and the second was walking through BHS
so unless im alergic to either polystyrene, food, gadgets or paper and have just suddenly become alergic to some of then then its not gonna be an alergy

Cold weather = dried out mucus membranes = more easily cracked = bloody noses
I'm not sure what to do to fix it though.

Ya I'd go with the cold weather as the main cause of this. I highly doubt it's anything serious, but if you want to see a doctor go ahead.

I get em this time of year myself. I was told by my doc that its cause of the dry air, and that as it cools off we dont drink enough fluids and being dehydrated. thus drying out your membrains in your nose. I got a humidifyer in my room. Problem solved.

I get random nose bleeds all the time. Not totally sure, but it's not totally out of the ordinary.

Try increasing fluid count. If that doesn't work, go to the doc, get it cauterized.

Your nose has tiny little passage-ways, and when it gets dry outside, they still need to keep good.
Existing cuts in your nose(which happen naturally, when hairs are pulled etc.) will bleed so that your nose can keep healthy.
Or at least, that's what I learned in health class 2 years ago...
