I've been battling with depression and self harm for almost a year now. I've already been to a treatment center but sometimes I feel like it didn't help because I still have slip ups. I cut because I feel like I have to punish myself for being worthless or because I can't do anything right. I tell myself all these things about how I'm not worth anything. I have my really good days and I have my days where the urge is uncontrolable. I just need to know I'll get through it.

You WILL get through it. Every tunnel ends. The trick is sticking it out until it does.
You're worth everything. Every human being has so much value, whether you think it or not, and there are no exceptions to that. You don't have to punish yourself, as much as you think you deserve it.
Welcome to the site by the way. If you ever need to talk, there are many people around here who would be happy to listen, including me :)

Slip ups will always happen. they do not indicate weakness, or a failure to get better. Not picking yourself back up and giving up on it indicates that. Keep going, if you ever want to talk feel free to contact me :)

Thank you :). It's just that sometimes I feel like I'm suppossed to be 100% better, that I owe it to everyone not to cut.

You can and you will get through it, as the others have said, we all have slip ups and make mistakes, but you need to pick yourself back up and start again.
I know how you feel about feeling you have to punish yourself and feeling worthless, I do this all the time, and have the good and bad days, so your not alone.
You cant get 100% better straight away, it takes time, but you can do it, it doesnt matter how long it takes.
Feel free to send me a message or VM if you want to talk

Anything at all that will distract you. Ringing up a friend, coming on VT, writing, drawing, listening to music... anything at all! I'm sure you have hobbies so maybe you can do them. just anything that isn't self harm :)
