How often can you get a username change?

I remember the option of changing your username being in the User CP, but I can't remember how often you're allowed to change.

Its now every 6 months. If you change it on the 20th of Feb you can't have another one until 20th August

If you have a reason that they will accept they may change it, depends on the circumstances :P
