This girl that I like, she likes me too, just told me something the other night.

Apparently, her uncle has been touching her sexually for several years now.

She tried to tell her Mom about it but she refused to believe her.

I want to know how this may have affected her mentally, she said this is also part of the reason she has a dirty mind.

Also, if it gets out of hand(i.e. he strikes her, rapes her,etc.) how to handle it properly without her getting put on the spot.

And is there anything I can do that would make her feel more comfortable?

You really need to be careful about how you touch her or what you say to her. I have experienced this myself, and it will affect your relationship. You need to be patient with her and let her know that your alway there. Let her gain your trust and everything will be a lot easier. Good luck :)
