im not in america so i dont know but in the UK they dont also over here you have to show ID if you look under 16 sooooo.....

Yeah don't use anything other than real condoms. they will not be as reliable or comfortable and either of you may end up with adverse reactions to something in the bag.
As for buying condoms, contrary to what Tristin said, you can get them without ID. Here you can even get them free on the NHS. I don't know the laws for the US but i doubt you need ID.

A bag just wouldnt really work, would be uncomfortable for both of you, and you need the condom to grip fairly tightly otherwise it would be hopeless. Like Kathy said, here in the UK there is no age restriction, they dont particularly want underage pregnancies! If you dont like the idea of paying at the counter then look out for vending machines in public toilets.

Noooope! Completely wrong. The Uk is very condom friendly. There are 24/7 4YP (For young people) clinics everywhere that give you free STD/STI tests and free condoms etc. Theres not really an age limit to buy them in shops too.

Yes you can just walk in and by them at a gas station in America. And I wouldn't suggest using a makeshift because it it does work it wouldn't as well as a condom.
