So I have 3 skin bridges. Well, I did, till I masturbated earlier and snapped one of the bleeders. Basically, it's where your foreskin is joined to your glans by a piece of skin.

ooooooooooooooooo how do you have three (dont worry ive only just payed atention to it so i may have had three dont worry the same thing should occur)? anyway i only have the one and it hasnt broken off yet but my foreskin is easily retractable the best thing to do is make sure u have retracted as far back as you can without pain, put warm water on the end (dont put it under a tap do it in the bath not shower unless your "head" isnt super sensitive) then pull the skin back to natural possition and just massage it gently and repeat it a few more times and it will be clean promise, i do it (even tho i can retract)
