Age doesn't matter to me, but personally I've never dated anyone younger than me. *shrug* (I mean, I wouldn't date too young at this point. If we're both adults, it doesn't bother me. I was 13 when I dated a 12 year old. I was going into 9th grade and she was going into 7th grade. But my birthday is in late August and hers was early November so it was there was only like a year and 3 month difference. I don't think I would date anyone over 2 years. My friends cousin is going out with a guy that is a freshman in collage and shes a sophomore in high school which is pretty weird.

Only three months younger than me. I mean, I guess I wouldn't mind if they were a year younger. Depends really, I mean a 16 year old a 13 year old looks pretty bad, but a 26 year old and a 23 year old looks acceptable. Once we're past the teen years age would matter less I think. Unless of course you're like 40 with a 20 year old, I just can't get my head around those.

It's not so much age gap, as much as it's maturity gap. Usually anyone not in high school yet isn't going to be quite at the same level of maturity.

I'm not really willing to go more than a year on either side, but I'd be much more likely to date someone two years older than two years younger. Once I'm older, I don't think age will matter as much, but as a teenager age and maturity are a major factor.

I picked 16, because I'm 17 now and I definitely prefer older guys. No offense, but it seems like most younger guys (most, not all) are more immature and that's a major turn off for me.
