Can VT recommend some video editing software I can buy/download? I don't have any problems with Movie Maker, but it's just so damn simple and stripped down. I want something more professional.

Sony Vegas
Adobe After Effects

Sure theres more, just cant think of it off the top of my head. The two I listed above are pretty good.

Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects is more for adding effects after editing which you might need as well.

Sony Vegas, but look into Adobe ones. I haven't used them, but they are more expensive, thus creating the persona it is better.

Thanks guys. I've tried Vegas and didn't like it, so I might check out the Adobe programs.

Well I personally use Camtasia Studio 7 and Pinnacle Studio HD 14.
I heard Adobe's nice too.

I personally dont like sony vegas. I use Adobe Premiere Pro, but if that is a little too complex or expensive, you could try Adobe Premiere Elements. It has alot of nice features just like Premiere Pro, its just a little more simple and not as expensive.
