Im a senior in high school and Ive been friends with the same group of kids since 8th grade or so. However, i have never hung out with them outside of school. They all are pretty close and hang out with each other all the time. I would like to hang out with them outside of school too but think it would be weird to just kinda invite myself.
Recently, when I was with them in school, one of them said "Hey this weekend, alex, you should invite Jason (thats me) over to hang out with us."
Alex is the kid whose house they usually all go to.
Alex said sure and I said that it would be cool to do.
Most likely the next time they hang out, however, they probably wont even remember to send me a txt. It is very rare that I see any of them in school but I play with them on PS3.
I want to try to kind of remind alex to invite me over this weekend but dont want to sound like im desperate or something. Im not sure whats teh best way to do this.
Any advice would be great, thanks.
